For I know the plans I have for you...plans to prosper you and not harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future.
-Jeremiah 29:11

Hello, My name is Angela and I am a commission and Live Wedding Painter and a mom of 4 in The Upper Peninsula Michigan.  I recently have been diagnosed with a grade 1 Liposarcoma cancer mass the size of a watermelon growing on the left side of my abdominal area. This is the type of cancer that is a slow growing and low risk of spreading but it is fairly large and needs to be removed.  With missing work for doctor's appointments, having to travel back and forth to U of M sarcoma specialists in Ann Arbor, MI, and purchasing alternative medicines, my finances have been deeply impacted. I do not want to open a Go Fund Me and ask for money,  But I am accepting donations on my Venmo. I also am asking for friends and family to help me out by ordering a painting.  When ordering, you are not only helping me out financially, but you are also helping me out mentally as well.  You are giving me something to do to keep my mind off of things. To keep me busy doing something I love doing.  If you know me, you know how much I love to paint. When I have surgery, I will be in recovery for a minimum of 6 weeks. Ordering a painting will help with financial obligations during this time and will give me something to do. I appreciate any help you can offer even if it is just praying for me.

UPDATE: My surgery to remove the tumor is January 15th at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor MI. They will also have to remove a kidney, my spleen, and a few other things to make sure they get all the tumor out. I will have a minimum of 6 weeks for recovery. I am accepting donations for financial help during this time through Venmo, accepting orders for paintings to work on during recovery, and I have an Amazon wish list with art supplies, health supplements, and things I can use during recovery. I would appreciate any help.

UPDATE:  I had my surgery on January 15th. They were able to remove the entire tumor. Unfortunately she also had to remove a kidney, my spleen, and repair damages to my diaphragm.  I had some complications in the hospital making what was supposed to be a 5 day ended up a 15 day stay in the hospital.  I developed a blood clot on my liver causing inflammation in my intestines and my stomach did not work the way it was supposed to.  I could not keep anything down and became very sick. I am now home and in recovery. Still extremely sore from surgery. I am off work for a minimum of 6 weeks and am still raising money to help with expenses. I am accepting commission paintings to work on while I am home in recovery.
